The youngest victim was initially described in early reports as a 3-year-old boy. Baltimore police later corrected the information, confirming that the child was a 4-year-old girl. According to updated reporting, officers transported her to a hospital in a police vehicle, where she underwent surgery and was later reported to be in serious but stable condition.
