The third man was identified as 44-year-old Ousman Ceesay. Investigators believe Ceesay was responsible for the shooting. He was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died.
According to preliminary evidence, investigators believe Ceesay confronted Siqueiros and Capara in the parking lot before opening fire. Authorities have not announced a definitive motive for the confrontation or shooting.
